Reservation Policy
- Chaleur requires a credit card authorization of $100 per diner to secure each reservation.
- No-shows, cancellations, or changes to the reservation made less than 72 hours after the booking will result in the forfeiture of the credit card authorization amount.
- Please note that the table will be released 20 mins after the reservation time.
- Please note that we only cater to children above the age of 7.

- Ladies - Polished and Elegant
- Gentlemen - Smart Casual or Lightly Formal
- Kindly note that Shorts and flip flops are not permitted in the Restaurant.
Chaleur is an upscale restaurant, known for its fine dining experience, situated on the 2nd Level of 77 Neil Road. If you are unable to find the restaurant's name on the reservation link, it indicates that the date and time you have selected are already fully booked. To avoid any confusion, we kindly request that you also refer to the operating hours.
